Discuss what advantages such a system has over conventional methods of organizing and previewing music?

The advantage of using a system to organize and preiview music is very useful. This is because it makes it easier to find music, preview music in an organized format and the use of queries help search for a song.

Databases are easy to use when looking for music because all we have to do is run a query and put down what we are searching for. This helps us find exactly what we are looking for and we can view records where we can preview music before buying and to look for music we want. Also they can listen to other songs that share the same genre without having the search it up on Google when they can search it up on a database specially made for music previewing.

Databases are easy to use when look for music is it easy to look for one because its all found in one database made especially for music previewing and to find something we start a query (search). This is an advantage because we can preview music before we buy it.

Fields in a database make a database organized because it makes it easier to categories information (example artist, songs, albums etc) when running a query (search) it can easily look for information according to which field it is searching under.
Also with my database I have a ‘help’ button for those who do not know how to use my database which makes it easier and when using it in the future they know how to use it and will be quicker. A database can also look neat and interesting and at the same time you can quickly search more music.It’s much easier to listen to music on a database than having to get out the CD and playing it, when you can just search it up and play it. And you can check on songs before purchasing it incase you change your mind about it.
